How is the cost for storage calculated?
Our pricing is primarily determined by the dimensions of your vessel and the level of protection you select. Whether you require a standard shaded space or a fully climate-controlled unit, we provide a transparent quote based on the total footprint of your boat and trailer.
How do I provide the dimensions for an accurate quote?
When requesting a quote, please measure the total length from the tip of the trailer hitch to the end of the motor, and the maximum width (beam). Including the height, especially for boats with fixed T-tops or towers, allows us to allocate the space with the most appropriate clearance for your craft.
Is there a specific documentation requirement for storing a vessel?
To maintain a secure environment, we require a copy of the boat’s registration and proof of ownership. We also ask that you provide a valid form of identification when setting up your storage agreement to ensure all assets on-site are fully accounted for.
Can I store additional marine equipment in my unit?
Yes, your unit is a private space that can accommodate more than just the boat itself. You are welcome to store trailers, spare parts, fishing gear, and safety equipment within your designated area, provided they fit comfortably and safely alongside your vessel.
Are there restrictions on the amount of fuel left in the tank?
For safety and insurance purposes, we recommend that fuel tanks be kept at a minimum level, typically around a quarter tank, for long-term storage. This helps prevent fuel degradation while complying with our facility’s fire safety and environmental protocols.
